Molteni&C is subject to European Union laws. If your product is defective, you have the right to request remedies such as repair, replacement, or a refund within 2 years after you have purchased the product. Specifically:
- If a fault appears within 6 months of purchase, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase.
- If the fault appears after 6 months of purchase, you may need to prove that the fault was not the result of normal wear and tear or their own misuse.
